The two-second state shift that turns “who’s that?” into a crowd, and the exact steps to install it in your own nervous system.

Dear Friend,
She was one of the most photographed women on the planet.
And she could sit on a New York subway car, in plain sight, and not one person would look at her.
Her friend couldn’t believe it. “Nobody’s paying attention to you.”
She just smiled. “She’s not here right now. Want to see her?”
They got off the train. She stepped onto the platform… changed something inside… and within seconds she was mobbed. People came out of the woodwork. The police had to get her out.
Same woman. Same clothes. Same face.
So what changed?
Not her looks. Not her words. She hadn’t said a thing.
She changed her STATE. And every person on that platform felt it before they could have told you why.
That is what charisma actually is. Not a gift you’re born with. A switch. And a switch can be learned.
In a minute I’m going to show you how to build that switch into your own body… and why most people who “try to be more confident” are really training themselves to live small.
But first, try this. Right now. It takes ten seconds.
Think of the most magnetic performer you’ve ever watched. The one who walks on stage and the whole room tilts toward them. Picture them moving through their day, everyone wanting to be near them.
Now notice what just happened to your breathing. Your shoulders. Your face.
You felt something shift, didn’t you? That’s the doorway. The Rockstar Metaframe is what happens when you walk all the way through it, on purpose, whenever you want.
Have you ever had the better idea and still watched someone else get the yes?
Have you walked into a party, a meeting, a first date… and felt the room decide you weren’t worth noticing before you’d said a word?
Have you read the books on “body language” and “confidence,” tried the power poses, and felt like you were wearing someone else’s jacket?
It isn’t your fault.
Nobody taught you that the words come last. People are responding to your state long before they process a single thing you say. If your state says “don’t mind me,” that’s exactly what they do.
Change the state, and the room changes with you.
In my trainings I teach a small set of metaframes: whole-body states you can step into on command, each one designed to produce a specific response in the people around you.
Master and Commander produces authority. People comply.
The Rockstar produces something far more fun. It produces attraction. People don’t just comply… they WANT to please you. They want your approval. They want to be part of what you’ve got going on.
Authority makes people do what you say. Attraction makes them glad they did.
You walk into the room and heads turn. Not because you’re the best-looking person there, but because you’re the one having the most fun, and everybody can feel it.
Conversations start themselves. People lean in. Somebody introduces you to somebody else “because you two have to meet.”
The meeting that used to feel like a job interview feels like your party. The date that used to feel like an audition feels like the other person is auditioning for you.
And the best part: it’s not an act you have to hold up with willpower. It’s a state you’ve anchored so deeply you can switch it on in a breath… and back off again when you want to walk the subway unnoticed.
These are students in my August 2026 Killer Influence certification, reporting back minutes after running the same build you’ll do in Lesson 2. Their words, first names only.
“Felt comfortable, felt playful, relaxed… it just felt like, yo, finally.”
“Felt comfortable, felt playful, relaxed. … There wasn’t any resistance, didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything, it just felt like, yo, finally.”
“You’re teaching us to create our own frame.”
“I didn’t realize until you said it to me how much I enjoyed this, and how I wouldn’t ever do it until today, until you showed us. … How silly that we need permission to be whatever frame we want. Like you showed us, society told us we have to be a certain way, you know, and you’re teaching us to create our own frame. And that’s just great.”
“I’m just full of energy.”
“Yeah, that was great. I mean, I’m just full of energy. I’m glad that I popped in today because I needed this. So great refresher, loving it.”
“Big attention is not my normal nature… but I did enjoy the energy of it.”
“I can do the playful thing easily. That’s more of my nature, but … big attention is not my normal nature. So it was harder to step into that. So it needs more practice, I guess. But I did enjoy the energy of it.”

Here’s my honest answer. You are already broadcasting a state in every room you walk into. The only question is whether you choose it or it chooses you.
The Rockstar doesn’t take anything from anyone. It’s emotional contagion: the people around you catch the fun you’re having. Everybody leaves the party happier than they came.
These are students’ own words from the debrief in Lesson 3, recorded right after they ran the drill for the first time.
“I felt really good. I felt really good, and I think I realized also I’m afraid of being that person because it’s so big… But yet it’s so delicious.”
Neva
“Felt comfortable, felt playful, relaxed… It wasn’t any resistance, didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything.”
Carlos, who left the room with a new nickname: Energy Man
“Yeah, very energized.”
Bob
Neva’s worry is the one most people have the first time: it feels too big. That’s why Lesson 5 shows you how to size it to the room.
This is for you if you sell, coach, teach, lead, perform, date, or just want to stop being the best-kept secret in every room you walk into.
This is NOT for you if you want a phrase to memorize instead of a state to practice. You have to get the reps in. Nothing on a page replaces that.
For 30 years I’ve trained therapists, salespeople, coaches, negotiators and security professionals in human influence, from my own events to corporate security teams overseas. The Rockstar is the frame my students always say they have the most fun with. It’s the one they come back and tell me stories about.
