Lesson Overview

The Law of Attraction is often oversimplified as “think positive and good things happen.”

But that’s not how the mind works.

What really drives attraction is a combination of dominant thoughts, emotional states, physiological signals, and unconscious perceptual filters.

Your brain processes billions of bits of sensory data every second, yet your conscious mind only perceives a tiny fraction of it. The rest is filtered based on:

  • beliefs
  • identity
  • emotional state
  • physiology
  • expectations

This means that what you experience as “reality” is actually a filtered interpretation of the world, shaped by the internal state you’re in.

When your state changes, your perception changes.

  • remember what you saw and heard

Step 4
Notice how your body posture, breathing, and focus change your emotional state.

Step 5
While holding that state, think about your goal again.

Observe what ideas, opportunities, or actions come to mind that weren’t visible before.

Practice this exercise daily for several minutes.

You’re training your brain to shift perceptual filters intentionally.
